Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference:
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Any customs fees or import duties related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect:
• We will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
