We offer fast shipping on all our pre-made items, with a packaging time of 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All items are machine washable and dryer safe without the risk of damage. We recommend washing all items inside out to avoid shrinkage, and if you are concerned about shrinking, only machine wash and then air dry. For the best quality maintenance, we suggest having the item professionally dry cleaned.

Once an item has been shipped out, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read all product descriptions before making a purchase. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at info@faygodenim.com, and we will promptly exchange the item for you.

Sometimes, even if your payment is declined, you may see a charge on your card without receiving a confirmation email. In such cases, please don't worry as the charge is not actually made and the funds may take up to 24 hours to be processed back into your bank account.
